"Reading felt vague and a bit like a cash grab"
I didn’t get much out of the reading. It felt vague and not very accurate to my situation, like it could’ve applied to almost anyone. I also got the impression they were more focused on getting money than actually giving a helpful or meaningful reading.

"Super nice staff, really helpful"
I ordered from houseofintuitionla.com and had a good experience. I had a couple questions about what I was looking at, or maybe how it worked, and customer service got back to me quickly. The person I talked to was really nice and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. They helped me figure out what I needed, or at least what made the most sense for me at the time. I’d order from them again.

"I expected the prices to be higher..."
I expected the prices to be higher, so I was relieved when I started looking around. I kind of felt trapped trying to find something decent without spending too much, but a few things were cheaper than I thought, and the descriptions actually matched what arrived.

Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t a problem either. The items felt worth the money, and I’d probably come back again when I need candles or small gifts and don’t want to overthink it

"Just a heads up for anyone..."
Just a heads up for anyone ordering: my package showed up beat up, and two of the items inside weren’t what I ordered. One of the jars had leaked too, so it was kind of a mess to deal with. I tried to be patient, but it was frustrating. I’d recommend checking everything right away when it arrives and taking photos in case you need to contact customer service

"I was disappointed with the selection..."
I was disappointed with the selection. Almost everything I actually wanted was sold out, and there really wasn’t much left to choose from. I also got the feeling nobody really read my message, which made the whole experience more frustrating.
